Sturdy, compact and easy to installThe product is tough, compact and quick to put on and take off from my ball toll bar. The shipping is super quick. They used a courier to deliver the product. Just one minor defect of the product is its' grip on the ball toll bar is not that solid steady. It can sway to left or right with two bikes
