Mixed feelingsPoor instructions with basic graphics to guide installation. Comes with a tow ball that cannot be changed at home unless you have a rattle gun. Still couldn’t install the rack with the supplied ball until I removed the plastic housing on the base. One tail light inoperative. Otherwise good.

Professional installer is requiredYou will need a professional to install the tow ball that comes with the rack. Not many people will have a rattle gun at home. Difficult to fit a step through bike or scooter where there is no horizontal frame for the claw to grip.

Fast delivery! Best Bike RackThis is the best bike rack I have ever owned - unfortunately it took me 10years and 5 other purchases before biting the bullet and investing in the Thule foldable rack. It is sturdy on the car and folds for easy storage. Well worth the $$ compared to anything else I have owned!

Nicely designed and constructed bike rack.Fits our two bikes nicely, and especially my 2.8" tyres. Easy to load on and off the car and the folding deisgn makes for easy handling and storage. Main negative is the U bar which I think is too short and doesn't allow reach of the clamp arms to the upper crossbar on bikes, limits placement.

Easy to fit, and simple to useJust got mine,. Easy to fit. one minute and it was on. No you don't need a rattle gun, but you will need a good size shifter, and a pipe wrench or good multi grips. No different than putting any ball on a tow bar. Simple to put bike on and secure, Again only a minute's work. Will update once used
