Pull-out Awnings
A pull-out awning is a simple, lightweight and reliable shade solution. They can be mounted to either the driver or passenger side of the vehicle and some compact versions can be rear-mounted.
Pull-out awnings come as standard in 2m and 2.5m lengths with some having extensions and walls available, to increase the footprint and element-blocking capacities of your shelter. These awnings will create up to 5.15m2 of shelter with extensions, to effectively double this coverage.
Pull-out awnings can be wall mounted (such as in a van or caravan application) or rack-mounted. Rack mounting is typically done to a through-bar roof system, although there are some adapters available to mount to flush-bars.
Pull-out awnings will normally be fixed with 2 poles and tie-downs.
180° Side Awnings
A 180-degree awning is an effective option to cover either side of your vehicle, from front to back and beyond.
Many 180-degree awnings have walls available to increase the footprint and element-blocking capacities of your shelter.
180-degree awnings are best mounted to a platform or through-bar roof system. You might consider a heavy-duty or quick-release mounting system, to get the longest life and best performance out of your awning.
180-degree awnings will normally be set up with 4 poles and tie-downs.
270° Side Awnings
A 270-degree awning is an effective way of sheltering yourself on 3 sides of your vehicle creating up to 11.5m2 of comfort.
270-degree awnings are best mounted to a platform or through-bar roof system. You would be well advised to consider a heavy-duty or quick-release mounting system, to get the longest life and best performance out of your awning.
270-degree awnings will normally be fixed with 5 poles and tie-downs (including one back to your vehicle in most cases).
Awning Walls and Extensions
Awning extensions expand your effective shelter, on poles to extend out or pegged down as a wall.
Awning extensions block out the elements and provide privacy. Awning walls can feature zippered entrances and windows, allowing for easy access and ventilation.
Awning walls are available in various sizes and configurations (pull out, 180° and 270°) that can be easily rolled up or detached when not in use.
