The RMFT410 really is hard to go past if you're in the market for a new roof box. Its size is a real sweet spot for a few reasons, at 1.9 meters long it will still fit skis, snowboards and longer tents with ease but still be a great fit on smaller to medium size hatch backs where hatch clearance is an issue.
A volume of 410 litres makes it a solid choice for up to four people but still not overkill for any less. Its overall dimensions are very appealing also as the 42cm height gives it a sleaker appearance than it's counterparts, slightly better clearance in car parks/garages and in theory lower profile equals better fuel economy.
That being said, sleekness is not at the expense of practicality in this case because at 81cm wide your bulky items such as suit cases and luggage will still be accomodated well.
Internally it boasts some of the lowest profile and simple to use clamps as to not waste precious space and comes with three tie downs straps to secure your gear. It boasts a hefty 75kg load capacity partly due to it's steel reinforced base and is one of the few boxes around that has the offroad tick of approval.
Suprisingly it comes in at at a decidedly svelte 18kg making it easier to fit and wont eat into too much of your roof rack's weight rating. The RMFT410 is compatible with many roof rack cross bars on the market and it will fit directly to your Rhino-Rack Vortex and Euro systems but will require the RUBK-MF fitting kit to attach to your Heavy Duty bars.
Rhino-Rack's MasterFit technology means you can easily fit the box to your roof rack by utilizing a unique Twist to Tighten & Press to Lock clamping system that almost anyone can use. For more information on installation please refer to the instructions.
You can also mount this brilliant roof box to both normal crossbar style roof racks or a Rhino Pioneer Platform with the use of their c-channel accessory bars.
Notes:
- Minimum crossbar spacing required is 550mm and the maximum is 1000mm.
- The maximum roof load of your car as specified by the car manufacturer must not be exceeded.
- Total roof load consists of; the weight of the roof box, the weight of the roof racks, and the weight of the Roof box contents.

There are no deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays by our couriers.
Typically, We will despatch orders the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will generally be despatched the following work day which would be Monday of the following or the next working day. Orders placed 1 day prior or on the same day as a public holiday will be despatched the next working day.
No retailer or courier company can ever "guarantee" a next working day delivery.
All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems that can happen to everyone, inclusive of but not limited to: snow blocked roads, closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address or to gain access to it if, for example, it's in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any delay caused by the failure of our contracted couriers to fulfil their obligations, although we will always do all that is reasonable to provide the goods by the time required.
