When you are going offroad you should never leave home without your recovery gear and and these kits give you the important tools when and if you get bogged and need to be recovered. Snatch straps are designed for the recovery of a bogged vehicle only and should not be used for any other purpose. Extreme care should be taken when using any recovery gear. When choosing a snatch strap it is recommended that you choose one that the minimum breaking strength of the strap should be between 2 and 3 times the vehicles gross vehicle mass (GVM) and the strap must be suited to the (GVM) of the lighter of the two vehicles used in the recovery process.
